A dining/living/kitchen room of 45m2 will provide you will all you need to enjoy great holidays. Orientated to the South, it is close to a huge 70m2 terrace where you could enjoy sunbathing as well as unforgettable dining time, close to the plancha area.

4 large bedrooms of 25m2, 2 of which have their private bathroom and large balcony (3 160 cm + 2 x 90 cm beds).

The garage is at your disposal but largely hold big cushion for sunbathing, 5 bicycles at your disposal and 2 wake-boards that will make you enjoy "Landifornia' at its best

Don't forget the "plancha" area with its inox cupboard and kitchen hood will ensure unforgettable evenings with family and friends.

4 Nights minimum. All bed and kitchen linen are provided, and beds will be made upon your arrival.
